Consultancy has a reputation problem, and it is mostly deserved: arrive, produce a document, invoice, leave. We would rather be the people you call for years because the relationship compounds, and that only works if each engagement leaves you genuinely better off.

An extension of your team. We work alongside your IT people, in your channels, at your pace. They keep ownership of the estate and we add the depth they do not have on staff. We are not there to make anyone look bad.
In it for the long term. The second engagement is always better than the first, because we already know how you are built and which of your constraints are real. That is worth more to you than a fresh pair of eyes every time.
You end up more capable. Every finding carries the reasoning, not just the fix. If your team can close the next one themselves, that is the engagement working correctly, not revenue lost.
Straight talk. Fixed scope, no surprise invoices, and we will tell you when something is not worth doing. That includes telling you when you do not need us, which happens more often than you might expect.

Independence

We don't run your SOC, which is why we can review the people who do.

We are a consultancy, not a managed service. We are not bidding for your monitoring contract, we are not reselling a platform, and we do not have a product to place. That is what lets us look at your provider's work, or your own team's, and report what the evidence says rather than what suits us commercially.

No product to push. We are a Microsoft partner because that is the stack we work in, not because a vendor pays us to recommend it.
Advice you can act on without us. Findings carry the evidence and the fix, so your own team or your existing provider can close them. Plenty of clients do exactly that, and we are fine with it.
A review is a review. When we assess a managed provider, the report goes to you, and it does not arrive with a proposal to take over their contract.
